Key Active Ingredients (per mL):

  • Lavandula angustifolia herb top flowering (13.5% w/v): Commonly known as lavender, this oil is known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps ease tension and reduce muscle tightness.
  • Mentha x piperita leaf (10.5% w/v): This is peppermint oil, which contains menthol. It cools the skin on contact and provides pain relief by soothing inflammation.
  • Syzygium aromaticum flower bud (6% w/v): Clove bud oil is rich in eugenol, a powerful natural analgesic. It’s used to relieve joint stiffness and muscular aches.

How to Use

For external use only.

Depane is a therapeutic oil blend used traditionally in aromatherapy for the relief of muscular and mild joint pain. To ensure safe and effective use, follow the instructions below:

1. Who Can Use It

  • Suitable for adults and children over 5 years.
  • Not recommended for children under 5 unless directed by a healthcare professional.

2. Before You Apply

  • Do not use Depane in combination with other pain relief lotions or creams.
  • The area must be free from any topical products for at least 7 days before applying Depane.
  • Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

3. Application Instructions

  • Unscrew the outer cap and gently tap the bottle upside down to activate the inbuilt flow restrictor.
  • Apply directly to the area of unbroken skin where you are experiencing pain.
  • Use up to 10 drops (approx. 0.33 mL) per application.
  • Gently spread the oil over the area — do not massage or rub into the skin.

This allows the natural sequence of essential oils and jojoba carrier wax to absorb gradually, each at its optimal rate.

4. Frequency & Effect

  • Can be used up to 6 times per day.
  • Pain reduction is often noticed within 10 minutes, with relief continuing to improve naturally.
  • Patch testing on a small area is recommended before widespread use.

5. Warnings & Storage

  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • If irritation occurs, wash off with water.
  • Store below 25°C.
  • If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner.
  • Not to be used if pregnant.
